ProLine UV disinfection systems

ProLine UV units use conventional low-pressure UV lamps. High quality stainless steel irradiation chamber, electropolished if needed for the application, is the base for ProLine UV units.

Different types of low-pressure UV lamps are used to cover flows between 1 and 400 m3/h. High quality quartzsleeves, with different wavelengths transmittance are used, depending on the application.

ProLine UV units are used for disinfection in general but also for ozone destruction and TOC-reduction in semi-conductor or pharma-industries. Special 185 nm low-pressure lamps are used for the latest.

Besides the standard connections, it is possible to equip ProLine with all kinds of other connections like tri-clamp and DIN/ANSI-flanges. Positions of in- and outlet can be changed upon the situation of pipelines at site. ProLine UV units prevent fouling of protecting quartzsleeves with either manual or automatic wiping mechanism.
